Your Software Collection can be stored locally on your hard drive, on CD/DVD or other storage device, as long as it's available when you want to access your collection then all is OK. By adding in a Web Link, never forget the web site where you found your favorite Apps. Reinstall those useful Applications you removed from your PC, but now you need them again.
